As Communication Manager, I led a full-spectrum transformation of the brand’s voice and presence — from redefining its institutional logo and visual identity to shaping a cohesive communication, social, and web marketing strategy. I designed and maintained bilingual (English/Spanish) website, crafted multimedia and graphic content for social advocacy and mailing campaigns, ensuring every touchpoint spoke the same language.
